This one is tough to dimple. The fabric itself is quite stiff. To compound that, I asked (Gerald and Diana were AWESOME to indulge my neuroses, as usual lol) to have the tie made up as a 6 fold, rather than 4, which I assume impacts the malleability.^ Nice tie but dimple that sucker!
And is that a Secret Service lapel pin?
like the lapel pin as well.If you want a bulletproof formal tie, this SOB is the one. It almost isn't fair to say it sheds wrinkles...the thing just resists wrinkles to begin with.
An ironic thought given I have the two Solbiati linen POWs coming

Though in true SF form, I did fret about that haha.
@CLTesquire I'm quite annoyed I didn't jump on that one. Looking forward to the Oatmeal POW though.

Love this tie.
Love it. Gerald let's do this once a year or two. A new SF seersucker based on discussions here now that you've found the mill and we can choose certain parameters in the cloth.
Oh and this one is great too.
Sure, we're up for it. We'll try to sort things out with the mill to ensure they can deliver what we want - the burgundy version that was supposed to happen was quite disappointing, and hopefully we won't get such problems in future.
