One or two past a few, no doubt. @gshen might have a tally somewhere :rotflmao:

Realistically, at this point, I have ZERO need of another tie for as long as I live. Heck, I could probably eliminate 95% of the current selection and still tick all the "proper" boxes for tie varietals.

Not to say I won't accumulate more, obviously (this is SF, after all), but I really have no desire to search out other options. Vanda's quality is the best I've seen/handled (I know the lack of a back blade keeper is a nonstarter for some lol), and I really appreciate the intimate connection I have in communication with G&D. Nice sense of old world romance to it, similar to a bespoke tailor, no doubt.

TLDR; quite a few haha

Totally agreed on the quality of Vanda. I like how they tie / drape. And they’re much lighter / airy than others which I like. It’s like I’m knotting a loose scarf around my neck vs being choked. There are a few other makers I like a lot. But vandas are outstanding

I’m thinking I need to place another order but idk what to order. I wanted to order a navy grenadine gorza or piccolo but they’re all sold out (I have a cashmere silk grenadine, so it’s not necessary, I suppose).

What would yall order if placing a new order? I wear pretty conservative ties.

I should also add, I wear neckties for work and am in a hot climate environment

I find the navy hopsack quite versatile and well-suited for summer.

Hamburger Simply Shiok pocket square. Honestly all the shiok series squares are my favorites.

I think this is easily my favorite non-white linen square. The fabric composition might be my favorite, full stop. Bouncy enough to have a sort of wool heft, but slubby enough to still look distinctly linen-y, while being soft enough to remain far more pliable than plain linen.

Would love nothing more than to see it in a white/cream, though sadly I think Gerald said the mill is unable to accommodate...but the exact reasoning escapes me.

Want to try something with more texture.
I don't have any seersucker, so i want to try that, but i prefer shantung.
What do you guys prefer if you have to choose between these 3?
Or do you recommend something else?
