Hello, I am gradually going through my closet and trying to thin out my shoe collection. Prior to selling, I have been checking Ebay listings to get a feel for value. I am a bit stumped when it comes to a pair of vintage Nettleton loafers. The color is burgundy and the shoe has the following markings: 8 b/aa 74712 9 B3 Heel (next to the word "Heel" is the aa of "b/aa") 242.
I am unsure of the exact age. The shoes are in pristine condition with only the slightest wear to the heal and sole. The uppers are in near flawless condition with only a couple light scratches and one tiny dot of what might be tar.
If anyone has information regarding the approximate age of the shoes or the approximate value, please let me know.
