Which is of better quality? Both are dark black. The Versace Collection is $375.00 and the Valentino is $200.00.

Which would be a better deal?

Have no idea. Both are online. I doubt the material in either are going to feel as nice as in the Hicky or Brioni though.

You don't even provide us with a link so I have no idea what these suits look like or any details about them, but for that price at retail you're not getting a quality suit.

As a metaphor, consider that empty beer bottles and empty beer cans are both garbage. Neither one is better or worse than the other, and the only rational thing to do is to throw them both out.

Neither suit is likely to be the best quality, but since they are cheap I dont see any reason why you should pass them up.

The Valentino suit is older with better price. Quality wise, it will be around the same as the Versace. Since buying any suit online is a gamble, I would throw money at the Valentino and use the remaining $175 for something else, maybe a nice tie.

My advice to you - something attracts you to a black suit, so follow up on this interest. It is your money after all so spend it the way you see fit.

Yea, I wanted a black suit as I can use it for both on suit functions as well as just separately as just pants or a sports coat. I like the Versace better, but the dude will not budge on the price.

Then Versace it should be. Price is good, I have seen these at Off Fifth for $1000 MRSP, where after half price, your still looking at around $500 plus tax. If your lucky and can get further 30% off, you might be able to get it for around $350 plus tax.

Dude probably wont budge on price for reasons made above. Go ahead and get it.
