I think it would be largely situational: What is your relationship like with this woman? Moreover, what are you giving her? A box of candy would seem innocuous, some sexy lingerie would be very questionable...unless you are already "doing the do" with her, in which case you probably wouldn't be asking the question.

There is this company that makes a rubber replica of *********. scale 1:1 (or you could give it a slight upgrade if you need that kind of thing) put it in a box and put some tasty chocolate salty balls on top. She will be all over you if you give her that (preferably in front of all your co-workers).

Like most cases of sexual harassment, it all depends on if the woman (or man) is into you. If she is, you could give her just about anything (except maybe the mold made prick) and it wouldn't be. If you're not sure of her reponse or feelings toward you, play it safe and just give her the mold made balls.

If you just give her a present, then it's not harassment... Harassment is only if she resist whatever you're trying to do.
