I'll be going away to Greece this summer and I want to bring a pair of shoes with me I can wear when i go out. I am not planning to do anything formal but if I do end up going to a bar or a club I don't wanna go in there with sneakers.

I was thinking sperry boat shoes, anyone have ideas?

Thanks

I was actually going to recommend boat shoes as well. I only have one pair, and they're Quoddys. For around $250-300, they're a true value. But since you mentioned bars, I'm not sure if the boat shoes will cut it.

I revise my suggestion to a pair of Chukkas. I'm not sure what the weather will be during your visit so choose the material and sole accordingly.

If the weather is expected to be dry, and you don't want to spend much money on a pair. I'd get a pair of Clarks Desert Boots and wear them to heck.

Greece gets really hot in July. 35-45 degrees celsius. I have a pair of clarks but they don't breathe well especially in that climate.

Greek island? If so go with a nice pair of sneakers...

I am already getting vans eras for when I go to the beach/walking around in the day time.
