Vacation apratment in Hong Kong

I'm planning on being in HK sometime in April, and am looking for recommendations for a vacation apartment. I prefer them to hotels. Say about a two week stay.

I'm going to see WW Chan, so I'm thinking Tsim Sha Tsui, but I'm open to advice on other areas.
This is my first trip to HK, so I'll be doing lots of sightseeing (and eating!). Any suggestions on things to do and see is appreciated. I'll be visiting the Armory of course.

I've stayed at the Ascott in Beijing which had a kitchen in it. They also have apartments in HK called Citidines or something like it in TST but don't know the kind of amenities they offer.

I'd go to Victoria Peak, the harbor at night, the race track if you have time. Go to Macau if you have the time and Lantau Island.

Check out vrbo.com I've never had a problem with them. There is one person I rented a place from, she was really nice and every time I go to NY I try and rent her place.

There is a great local place in Wong Tai Sin (黄大仙) which is very cheap. If you'd like to meet up while you're here feel free to send me a PM and we can meet up at some of my favourite places.
