Utility Jacket similar to Barbour

Does anybody know of any utility jackets similar to style as the Barbour waxed cotton jackets but isn't waxed, just cotton? I know M65 jackets are similar but I prefer the Barbour style collar with no zip in hood. Basically these Barbour jackets or even the J Crew millerain but unwaxed. I'm looking for a rather reasonable price (ie less than $150) as it will mainly be a casual/urban travelling jacket. I plan on picking up a Barbour, later, for working outdoors in. Thanks.

Yes, there's a version of the Trooper jacket (quite similar to the one you've posted if it isn't the same) that's not waxed.
