US vs. UK shoe widths

    How do US shoe widths generally compare with UK fittings, especially on the wide end of the scale (E, EE, EEE vs. F, G, H)?

    In general it goes something like this. UK/US - D/C, E/D, F/E, G/EE, H/EEE. It varies somewhat from last-to-last though.

    Yup, that's about right.

    One of C&J online rep's told me that the C&J polo's in size 10.5D in the USA were 10E's in the UK. So D in the US is usually an E in the UK.

    It depends very much on the last, though.
