US size equivalent for euro Women's size 42?

Dear Folks:

I am trying to sell a coupe of tailored coats for women.

Each is labeled a euro size 42. What is the US size range for ebay listing purposes?

Prada
Bust 38
Waist 36
Hips 40

US Size 6-8?

Luciano Barbera
Bust 37
Waist 31.5
Hips 38

US size 6?

I went through converting sizes to buy stuff on eBay for the girlfriend.

There is NO SUCH THING as a "Euro" size. Italian sizes run much smaller, German sizes run bigger and French sizes run a size smaller than German sizes.

Can't remember the details any more. It's quite confusing.
