yeah i thought they were ok when trying things on, but now i'm having second thoughts hence the post.

ok. suggestions? what shape and characteristics would be best suited for my face?

i'd like to keep it under $350, but for the right frame i'd likely go higher.

thanks.

Ralph Lauren Purple Label has a nice series of Keyhole sunglasses under $400. Do they carry prescription frames this style? I don't know.

You may want to try this look and see if it suits you. I believe it will. Perhaps snap a few test shots from the store and post.
As for prescription frames, I have to concede to others to assist.

I think you could pull off Oliver Peoples Riley. Same general shape as those RLPL's, but much more toned down.

A smaller frame would fit your face nicely. I think a more retangular shape would do it.

thanks everyone for the relies so far.

i should've said in my earlier post, i'm looking for something perfect since i wear glasses 99% of the time. i'm interested in something understated and classy that exudes a smooth confidence. to help with context i work in an operating room.

Too big, not flattering at all.

Go visit your optician and try some - you will soon find what looks right by instinct.

I prefer the first one, this makes you look like a little nerd
