I have almost exclusively associated Kiton with sophisticated urban attire. I thought this unexpected Kiton product would be of interest to SF (maybe fedora lounge, actually). The sleeves need adjusting The hat is a remolded stetson that I thought the retailer did I good job on, which usually gets complimented wherever I go with it.

I almost fell off my chair. I'm truly flabbergasted - for a moment I thought that was a photochop. Who would have thought Kiton could make a brown corduroy jacket. omgomgomg

The pics are so big I briefly thought his Medieval wall hanging was the lining of the jacket

I'm not quite sure why everyone is so surprised. Canali make corduroy suits.

I just can't believe that your posts are serious.

(double post)

I can't believe 90% of the posts on SF are serious, which means this one is dead serious.

This jacket posed an ethical delema. I paid $380 for it on Ebay, and when I received it was disappointed that it was 9% cashmere/91% cotton when it was advertised as a cashmere jacket. I contacted the seller and said I wanted to return it, and suggested he try a second-chance offer to the next lower bid. He did this and sold it right away. It was after that that I submitted this post, and after receiving the 1500 pound sterling offer (above), that I realized that the jacket was well worth the price paid, and that if so inclided could make a $1500 profit. What to do? Tell the seller I wanted to keep the jacket (he had already sold it, and could get negative feedback), tell him it was taken from my car and no longer available (probably could have kept the jacket without the seller getting negative feedback)?

But I did what everyone on this forum would do, sent it on to the new owner and await my $380 refund.

Who cares who sewed it or what it's made of? It doesn't even fit you.

Hate to burst your bubble (unless this is some next level trolling), but I'm pretty sure Trompe le Monde was being sarcastic.
