I bought these straps maybe 3 years ago from Saddleback after i'd had my briefcase for while. I used them for a month or so.
A rivet popped out on one of the straps so I called Saddleback and they replaced them immediately, no questions asked (gotta love those guys), i returned the originals to them
Since the straps were out of commission for a week or so I started using the shoulder strap again and never went back.
When i got the replacements i just stored them. These are as new, fitted to the bag maybe once and then stored on a shelf. I recently sold a Saddleback duffel I had, this is the last of the Saddleback leather that i'm selling. (unless you want a keychain that my wife wrote on with a sharpie marker... j/k, that's not for sale).
There's not much else to see on these but if you have any questions about them or would like to see any other pictures let me know, i'm happy to provide them.
