    I recently came across a Santoni shoe which I haven't quite been able to identify. It kind of looks like the 7227 but not quite. Any help would be great.

    Whatever they are, that photo is showing 2 different models. One with medallion, one without.
    Looks nice either way.

    the medallion might not be on the medial aspect of the shoe
