This is one of those heavy Uniqlo J+ Shawl Collar Cardigans, in the purplish brown colorway. I picked it up on ebay and it is too big. It is tagged medium and fits pretty oversized. Would work best for medium/large–large, or medium if you wanted to wear it seriously oversized.
Here are the measurements (it feels like it fits larger than it should for the pit-to-pit)
pit-to-pit: 20in
sleeve length: 26.5in
length: 26in
I bought it last spring and never wore it, but I am sure the previous owner wore it some. There is quite a bit of piling, but no other signs of wear. It was stored folded up, just on the hanger for pictures.
