I'm looking to pick up a black and/or navy blazer, what does everyone think of the blazers Uniqlo offers? They're $70 so I'm understandably a bit skeptical of the quality

i picked up one of the cheaper ones (less than $40). The body is kinda boxy on mine but mine isn't like that typical suit material so I don't know. I've seen a navy one but it was only in XL but the material seemed comparable to some of that stuff that you find at Macy's/Nordstrom so for $70 not a bad buy.

They're probably the best polyester blazers you'll find.

You're skeptical about a $70 blazer?

Interesting.

Bump.

Just wanted to get people's opinion on uniqlo's blazers. My sister is going to Japan today and I'm thinking of telling her to get me a blazer from their Japanese store. Never owned a blazer before and I'm not really after expensive ones as I don't think I would wear it that often. So are the quality/fit of these blazers worth it for the price?

Can you order these directly from the store? I sent them an email a week ago but have not heard back. Has anyone ordered anything from them and can comment on the process? Thanks.

This. Considering the price they sell at, Uniqlo never really dissapoint.

A word of warning.

I bought a jacket in the store in New York where I was a slim fit. This summer I bought one in Tokyo and I could not fit in the slim fit, I had to go with regular fit. I guess I am a husky in Japan.

Do you have the tweed jacket? If so, can you hook us up with some measurements? Is it marked slim fit? Thanks.

It is marked slim. I can't measure it right now because it is being altered. When it comes back, the only thing that should change is the sleeve length, so I will post it then. I am 6 ft, 155lbs, 37 inch chest and I wear an American small.

Thanks. I'm most concerned about the shoulders. Do you know the shoulder measurement of any of your similar jackets? My blazers are 18" across the shoulders on the back so I'm not sure if I should get a small or medium as I have to proxy it. Thanks again.
