I’m not sending these back. I sent back the navy aau shorts from JE and I’m happy I did. I agree this navy pair is superior.

That's the best shade of navy I've ever seen on shorts.

Btw, whats the name of the paint and floors you have there. About to close on a house and thats the interior combo I'm going for.

Paint color is Sherwin Williams “online.” It’s mostly grey with a very subtle hint of blue.
Floors are “ebony” from Minwax. We went with a matte finish on the floors.

Disagree. Lift as heavy as humanly possible, crush your enemies and see them driven before you and hear the lamentations of their women.

But in all seriousness, if you want some actual scientific backed guidance/advice on lifting check out Renaissance Periodization's youtube/social media. Dr. Mike can be a bit of a blowhard at times on non lifting ****, but he knows his stuff.

Backs and joints aren’t made to overload on excessive stacking of plates. Longevity is important to remember. By the time you hit 40…45… 50+ It’s not gonna be too pretty.

Anyway, the key note is he wants to lose 20 lbs. That IS all about diet and a consistent routine.
