We're working to get this fixed. Size guide for the Sweatshorts is here: https://uniformla.com/pages/sweatshorts-size-guide-100-cotton

The Sweatshorts have an elastic waistband which will stretch 3" to accommodate your waist. I'd recommend going TTS in those.
