Yeah I’ve started doing that essentially. 150 grams of rice, 200 grams chicken breast and a side salad for every meal for a bit. Will obviously start mixing it up since this is getting boring, but I see why chicken and rice is a body builder staple, it’s very filling and easily fills your macros.the easiest way is meal prepping. Takes a couple hours a week, which is really absorbed by the time saved from not having to cook daily and doing dishes
Buy 20 glass containers from ikea (works as a motivator)
meal prep. I’m currently eating 8 oz greens, 3 oz protein and 2.5 oz carbs each meal. I’ve tailored this plan to allow for snacking (my kryptonite) which includes lots of seeds and nuts
I’ve dropped 20 pounds and feel incredible. My energy levels are at an all time high. The best part is it’s sustainable, I’ve been on this for months and will probably never go back
