the easiest way is meal prepping. Takes a couple hours a week, which is really absorbed by the time saved from not having to cook daily and doing dishes

Buy 20 glass containers from ikea (works as a motivator)

meal prep. I’m currently eating 8 oz greens, 3 oz protein and 2.5 oz carbs each meal. I’ve tailored this plan to allow for snacking (my kryptonite) which includes lots of seeds and nuts

I’ve dropped 20 pounds and feel great, tons of energy. The best part is it’s sustainable, I’ve been on this for months and will probably never go back

Yeah I’ve started doing that essentially. 150 grams of rice, 200 grams chicken breast and a side salad for every meal for a bit. Will obviously start mixing it up since this is getting boring, but I see why chicken and rice is a body builder staple, it’s very filling and easily fills your macros.

Learning how to count your macros is a life skill. Shows you how much you really need and should be eating. With working out just find something you enjoy as long as your form is right and you don't injure yourself you should be good it will make you be active. It can be a sport , weights, it will keep you fit regardless. Try new things and see what sticks tennis, bouldering,running etc

That being said I need a restock of mesh shorts

the cool thing about this is that when you get leaner, you actually LOOK bigger because more cuts etc.

If we are going to buy dope clothes its important to be fit too. Makes them look sooo much better
