Anyone have first hand experience with the Minnis heavyweight Alsport tweed?

I'm looking for a dark brown-green tweed and this one seems to look good:

I have two Allsport suits that were form the first round of the Solito/Ambrosi partnership. They are great but are heavy as can be and only for the chilliest of days. Very cool cloth though!

The cloths I went with can be used as a two piece or you can definitely wear the coat as a stand alone odd jacket and probably get away with the bottoms as odd trousers too.

Any thoughts on cloth comparison between the Minnis Fresco, H.Lesser Superfine tropical, Finmeresco and Crispaire?

In the market for a travel suit that will stand strong in the navigation through the treacherous weather of South East Asia. Am leaning towards the Minnis Fresco, it's at decent price point but making a 3 piece fresco seems to be an oxymoron considering the coarser cloth texture when compared to the other 3 options.

Thoughts?

Thoughts?

I live in South East Asia so my vote will go to Minnis, then Finmeresco for durability. But for an all around cloth, I prefer Lesser

The light-weight 3-ply Finmeresco is very good-- drapes a bit better than most of the Fresco options even if it might not breathe quite so well.

Both are better than the others in extreme heat/humidity.
