1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

London Lounge is doing a subscription for a tan camel herringbone, but it is lambswool. I don't know the weight, but being the LL I'm sure its up there

Sorry empty, loafers suck. Never a situation where any kind of derby wouldn't look better. I know Manton says in the summer anything else is too substantial, but I'd rather look better and be miserable in the summer vs. less good looking and still be miserable in the summer.

I got a pair of BB unlined shell ones and wore them yesterday for the first time. Wonderful shoe. Bought them for travel and they'll be perfect for that.

They do come in black and would look good w/ a black turtleneck and charcoal tweed.

I'm 100% comfortable with my style and have no intensions on evolving. You can have fun with this kind of crap all you want

I will admit that none of my shoes are very "Asia-Friendly".

I love those belts with jeans. Even convinced Canta to buy one.

I mean, I get it, you wear them with jeans, and jeans are for rodeos. My bad.

I mean there are tons of people who take a uniform approach to style. Agnelli comes immediately to mind and everybody loves him.

By definition, men's classic clothing is a uniform. The set of components are pre-defined. The forms of the components are pre-defined. The way they are pieced together is pre-defined. Once you've accepted the format, your choices are limited to nuance. It is not an accident that nuance and consistency of execution distinguish the best dressed, most stylish men.

    Don't kid yourself.

I used go to rodeos as a kid. We had a big one every year complete w/ a parade. Those were the days.
