Just received this H & S wool and mohair from fox81. Second pic is comparison with the Zegna cloth that I am trying to sell but finding no success is doing so, am thinking of getting made up. How would patch pockets look with these cloths. I am thinking of DB with 2 patch for both. Any thoughts [IMG] [IMG]

    SB or DB?

Remember, ceteris paribus, patch pockets 'casualise' a jacket/suit somewhat. I think PPs would look fine with the navy but reserve judgement on the windowpane.

^^ Both double breasted. The blue one will def have patch pockets, undecided about the grey windowpane.

IMO, that windowpane will be OTT in a DB configuration - you will be swamped by the pattern.

This is coming from a big fan of windowpane.

I think this is way too busy, the windowpane is too loud and I do like windowpane a lot.

i think the windowpane would look great as a SB with patch pockets.

the wool/mohair will make a nice DB though

Random goodness from T. Fischer, Woodhouse, Minnis/Hardy and H&S. I am most excited about the navy Minnis striped flannel.

The rest are being aged, although I don't know if they will ever acquire vintage status.

    I hear that.
