I mean sometimes you don't have a choice. Like Louis CK said about going to CVS.
I will be outdoors tomorrow directing a funeral-and very much looking forward to the warmth of my Everest cashmere overcoat. Second season for wear and it continues to keep the harsh New England winter more tolerable.

Okay real talk – in that sort of weather, unless I have to be formal and possibly *even then*, I'm wearing an f-ing down parka. Sorry @DorianGreen.
Always a favorite.

Does anyone have any idea where The Anthology might be sourcing this fabric from?
Also does anyone have comments on how it would drape and how heavy I can expect it to be?

Doesn't seem to have much of the expected seersucker texture
Good eye. It’s woven as a plain weave without the traditional seersucker texture.
Provides an option in the marketplace.
Deal breaker for some.
A plus for those that don’t care for the texture of classic seersucker.
i like the weight and body of this cloth.

Thomas Mason had a linen woven in a bona-fide seersucker texture in one of their Spring Summer collections. I always wanted something similar for suiting.

Is that for shirting?

Seems like it’s more linen in a seersucker-like pattern then?
