And aren't they half-width, so you'd need double the length, if I remember correctly. Their flannels are £100/m plus VAT. Admittedly, the designs are gorgeous and unique, but it is a bit steep. Then again, the heavier Minnis flannels are approaching that price as well.
Shirting is double width. Suiting is single width.
what mill is the shirting from?
Wow. That it's expensive for shirting. If you include shipping, it will cost almost 200 bucks for just one shirt.
Not inconsiderable, that, but the shade of the pink linen might be worth the expense. Would you let us know your thoughts when it arrives? I wonder if its weight hasn't made it too stiff.
Nah, not interested in linen pants.
Do you have all those Rubinacci vanity mags? In one of them there is an article about the glories of linen. Good read. It's in my house somewhere.
I suppose you are your wife's problem now.
haha, what do you mean?
Meaning that now that you are married, all your wrongdoings, sartorial or otherwise, are your wife's problem to deal with. Styleforum is absolved of all responsibility.
And congratulations. Photos look great.
Thanks, it was a good time had by all.
Is it worth the $$$?
Its certainly good stuff, but G&R remains my favorite (and provides outstanding bang for the buck).
