I'm guessing you guys mean something like what Foo had made up from Rubinacci like the color at the bottom.

Is the bottom one a regular Fresco, or where does it come from?

Bugger. It's a great colour for a summer jacket, but LH is a little over budget.

Agree that linen can have more character. But I love how Fresco's versatility make it a perfect travel fabric. This color should make for a great BlazerSuit which I had in mind from the beginning.

That makes sense.

Odd jacket in Minnis 9/10 mid-blue:

[click photograph for larger version if you wish]

I'm not sure that they offer this anymore, but perhaps one might have luck with one of the infamous "jobbers." I hope that's helpful.

IIRC the Finmeresco blue-grays are gray than blue compared to 0520. I think there are at least 2 different shades, which I noted down for future reference, but you have to look for yourself.

Coincidentally, both Slewfoot's Minnis tobacco brown fresco and Will's cream flannel by Fox arrived the same day. The richness of the brown shows up better in vox's photo than mine taken at night.

Thanks for organizing. I am considering making something like this.

The color looks about right. The suit shown above is probably linen, but I prefer the handling of wool.
