I don’t think he does any of the cutting or fittings for travel.

Does anyone have any experience with the Dugdale or VBC mohair fabrics? How does it wear? What's the hand like, etc?

I'm particularly interested in feedback on the Dugdale English Mohair (Wool 55%, Mohair 45%, 2-ply Mohair, 10.5 oz)

Does anyone have suggestion for a hard wearing suit fabric? Something that can be worn regularly like every week and also travels well so does not crease that much.

My personal preference is that the mohair content not be above ~30% or it gets a little too scratch. I have an Ariston mohair suit at that 30% range and it wear well, feels nice.

Fresco or Crispaire will be the standard response of many, including me, for a hard wearing fabric that holds a crease / travels well. There will be others with some of the Lesser ~12-14oz bunches i am less familiar with

I would not order VBC mohairs sight unseen as they vary a lot - I have a tux in one that is great but have seen others in books that are shiny and look very cheap. My favorite so far though is the 9.5 oz from H&S
