My tailor in Madrid...you will find most Spanish tailors carry it.
Has anyone used the new VBC midnight mohair barathea fabric before? Is it any good?
Does anyone know where I can find a fabric that is very similar to this one on this rlpl Sportcoat? http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/...54803846&ab=ln_men_cs_suits&parentPage=family
I just tried it on and loved the jacket especially the fabric. My tailor has a large selection of books, but I am terrible at picking a good fabric from a small swatch. Thank you
Hard to tell too much, but it is wool, and it will be soft, but not very heavy.
Harrisons Icarus might be a reasonable substitute, or W Bill Phoenix. The Minnis Snowflake collections seem to aim at this idea, but I haven't seen them up close, either.
And whilst I'm asking about cloth has anyone ever used the minnis Irish linen?
Yes, many times. It is a tad lighter weight than W. Bill but just as good.
+1 on this. Big fan of the minnis Irish linen, particularly for trousers.
Yeah can't really buy w bill online so was looking at minnis for some heavyweight Irish linen. I need a change from the near all mohair wardrobe I currently have
