    I was hesitant to pull the trigger on 0300 based on the swatch but it is a lot better when you look at the whole length. More flannel and fresco incoming,need some stripes now.

    Nah, I've always liked it, the 300. Makes me feel like it'd make something like this up quite nicely (patch pockets of course):

    I got it for odd trousers,pulling a foo. No suit.

    need some stripes now.

    Which stripes are you considering, btw?

    I'm not completely convinced by pinstripes despite owning a navy pinstriped suit.

    Outside of the workplace, I'm just never completely sure when and where it's appropriate.

    Thin pinstripes are fine, chalk ones are harder to wear..

    Yes, it is for work only,I haven't decided yet but will get one in navy and medium gray.

    Flannels are all Minnis, 0300,0301 and 0328 if I am not mistaken.

    Maybe this has been covered before but if you source your cloth directly from eg Minnis, what is generally the price difference compared to ordering through Mina/NSM or other tailors?
