1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Last week I told my friend about my denim purchase and how I will be sporting them more this summer. His response, "Please don't wear them with dress shoes, that's so fucking obnoxious."

Looks to be close in color to these. Quite versatile actually

Wish I could find a dark green jacket. Always wanted one, but hard to find.

I have navy, yes. I also have a couple of brown jackets, one darker with a check, the other a mid brown:

I do like the color combination with dark green though. I put these corduroy trousers alongside to get an idea.

Those are nice, but mine are quite a lot darker/richer. A sort of caramel/fudge/toffee shade.

You're right, I just wanted to weigh all my options and get a 3rd and 4th opinion.

I can't believe ya'll did this much damage while i was away drinking last night. Here's a shot of my NMWA flannel in the wild.

Also, butler's look confirms the anachronistic look to cream flannel/linen, but I think that's what makes it so awesome.

Now I believe we were talking about:

The weight is 11 ounces but the weave is fairly open and airy is probably a good word for it. I have a tailor who is fairly young and forbhis personal wardrobe adds punk rock elements to his classic clothes. I saw his jacket and basically said I wanted the same thing (although in a different black silk). We could have a have a meetup of styleforum misfits on the lower east side but we should do it soon because I can already see the tide turning on the board and everyone is going to be ordering variations of this soon.

I'm looking for the most open, airy, slubby black cloth that is 4 to 6oz. I maybe just get a black jacket made out of ermazine.

Have you guys talked about the Fresco III collection yet?

Looks like I missed it when it came out.

It looks like they made the black/white houndstooth standard (didn't NMWA do a run of this?) and also released some awesome looking tobacco shades :slayer:

No, not clubbing. and not the meatpacking district. But I like the fact that you're trolling again! I mean, sure, your jokes are terribly unfunny and totally off-topic, repetitive and predictable, but watching you get bullied into acting like a reasonable individual is kind of a bummer. And seeing Andy57 slap you around earlier in the thread was painful for all of us. Welcome back!

That's right, you later stated LES.
That takes me back used to live there when I was a wee lad.
Many a good show was seen at Tonic before its umpteenth violation or was it bankruptcy at the mismanagement of John Zorn?
Truly he was the original weaboo avant le lettre, always seen parading around with Japanese ladies half his age on either arm, but he did at least bring much good content to virgin Manhattanite ears. Haino Keiji was indeed a treat, though i'm sure it contributed to my tinnitus.
