Undoing sleeve tapering possible?

Hi guys, I recently had a lovely blazer tailored down a size, and everything fits well - But the tailor tapered the sleeve far too much so that now it has the dreaded creases that sort of ride up the arm if I have my arm in any position but down. In short is it possible to loosen/relax the sleeves again or is it messed up for good?

It depends on whether the tailor left the extra fabric inside the seam or whether they cut it off. If the former, it can be reversed.

If the sleeve is unlined this is easy to check. If the sleeve is lined, best to ask the tailor who did the work. If not, you will have to undo part of the sleeve lining to look.
