Ultra Rare Tricker's x 6876 Oxfords Uk 9 / US 9.5-10
These are pretty special. As far as I know, the first collaboration between Tricker’s and another brand – in this case with British cult modernist brand 6876 (Kenneth Mackenzie – always way ahead of the curve). Whole-cut oxford with brogue detailing, from Fall 2002 collection. A lower more sleek profile shoes than most from Tricker’s.
I wore these off and on for about a year, but then broke my toe, which never healed correctly, and haven’t been able to wear them (or other leather-soled dress shoes) since. They’ve been in temperature-controlled storage since then. I recently took them out and had the re-soled (at $100).
They have a few small stains at the toes, and a couple of nicks, and have been stored without shoe trees. That said, the stains could probably be removed with polish, and the leather upper is supple and of excellent quality as you’d expect from Tricker’s , and these will last for many years. There’s no way I would sell these if I could still wear them.
Only a few of these were made, and these are probably one of the last pairs left. I’ve never seen another on the internet. Your chance to get something historic, unique, and very stylish.
I'm a 6 year Styleforum member, though rarely post, and have a few sales since the rep system started. My ebay id is franz_josef_land - 200+, all positive.
Price quoted includes U.S. shipping (USPS priority with delivery confirmation) and paypal fees. International buyers are welcome, but pm me for shipping costs - items will only be shipped by FedEx or UPS with trackable delivery.
