I think he's just poking fun of you because putting in ties that we like is the whole idea behind a successful TSB. If we all put in shizz we don't like it will just end up like TSB 2. :uhoh:

This, to me, translates into- I got better ties than what's currently in the box. If the contents get better, I will let go of some of the ties that I like (reason for dropping out) to pick up something else, more worthy of my liking.

I am writing on my phone so this may be confusing to follow and I still have a hangover.

here's the deal. i'm new to SF approved fashion. My tie collection, albeit conservative, primarily consists of Tommy Hilfiger, HSM, Bruno P, etc. ties. Nothing would likely jump out as "I need to have" to any of you guys.

In the past two months, I've purchased about 10 new ties (Drakes, Marinellas, Isaia, Borrelis, etc.).

    1. I really don't want to throw any of these in since they are new to me and I like them.
    2. Everything else I have (and like) is probably not SF approved - and I don't want to be "that guy" who brought down the quality.

Nothing more, nothing less. My ties are certainly not better than what's in the box, and my "new" ties are same quality but I like them so I'm not sure why I would throw them in. I'm dealing with a limited quantity while I build up a collection, so I thought it would be easier to bow out.

No disrespect or disrespect intended to anyone. you can keep me in if you want. I'll take one and throw one or two back in. not a big deal either way.

Great clarification, I appreciate it. I am new to all this as well. And your tie collection sounds better than mine!
