Ulster overcoat (storm collar) with breast pocket?

Would you do an ulster (a classic polo coat, say) with a breast pocket? Perhaps with flapped pockets instead of patch & flap it could just work. And what about the shoulders? I want a 6x3 polo coat with raglan sleeves, the classic framed patch pockets, perhaps no cuff turnups, and a breast pocket. But probably the breast pocket doesn't work at all with raglan sleeves, and not so well with a storm collar. What do you think?

Does a 6x3 DB work with raglan sleeves?

But how would a breast pocket look there?

My opinion is a welted pocket would look fine... I don't like those flapped breast pockets that RL did this past winter...
