extraneous straps on pants has been nearly the rage for a couple years now, esp in asia. soon to come to US
Umm what?! I remember wearing bondage pants when I was in HighSchool (yeah, I admit to it, we all had a dark age at some time). Bondage pants were big with all of the not preppy kids ie ravers (me), Punks (my friends), and goths (the lame kids)
