Vastrm is excited to announce the first Ugly Polo Shirt Contest on StyleForum!

We’ve all been there guys. Shirts that just don’t look right. Wrong colors, ugly styles, and most concerning: poor fit. Shirts that end up boxy, short, and wide. Sleeves that drape past the elbow. Shoulder seams that hang over the arms. Shirts that basically fit like a garbage bag. We want those shirts off the street!

To enter our contest, simply post a picture of yourself wearing your ugliest polo shirt in this thread. Extra points for self commentary on the ugliness. Entries will be accepted for two weeks until 11:59pm (Pacific time) on Friday, August 23rd. The gracious IAMATLAS has agreed to act as our impartial judge and will select a finalist at the end of the two weeks.

The winner will receive a custom-fitted polo shirt (for a $89 value) with personal fitting guidance from jtang108 founder of Vastrm.

Good luck and let’s put an end to ugly shirts once and for all! And may your polo shirts NOT look like this:

Apologies jrd617 - we fixed the shouting... Title was posted incorrectly by one of our team members by mistake.

Huge collar, doesn't fit my neck or shoulders... good length, but sleeves are huge in the size I need. It was so bad that this lil' guy thought that the was something wrong with me.

Anything with huge logos or crests, especially Ralph Lauren Polo.

That looks fine to me, it's nice and neutral, no logos, and the fit looks good as well IMO. What I really object to when it comes to polos is loud Gucci or Versace or Paul Smith or LV or Burberry patterns.

    :fu: Fuck you...

Alright, where do I start? Shoulders are slightly too big, and it all goes downhill from there. Sleeves are too long and very baggy, a lot of extra space in the neck, and FAR too big in the chest and waist. The overall length is a bit too long as well. Sad to say that I used to shamelessly wear this!

What size is it? The sleeves look extra long.

The shirt is a large, and you are correct, the sleeves are quite long (and baggy too, though it isn't as apparent in the picture).

I'm truly disappointed, this contest failed to bring out the worst in SF. My selection is at the bottom of the post.
Option 1) The Amjack. I can almost smell the Polo from here.
Option 2) The Classic. Even if you don't have at least one of these XXLs in your closet, your brother does. He probably borrowed it from you and never returned it.
Option 3) the Wannabe. Because let's face it, even if you fit you perfectly, you'll still never be Daniel Craig. My vote for the worst of the worst goes to: The Classic! Congratulations!
