The one one the right is almost certainly a Stafford, small chance its a Pierre Cardin. The one on the left looks J Garcia, funny being worn by a cop. It might be an Cocktails Collection, or a Jimmy Z, all known for similar levels of heinous patterns. Love the look on the Khan's face... ha ha

My bro in law is a bomb squad cop and he wears Stacy Adams square toes and some of the worst Kenneth Cole ties imaginable.
