Yeah I did notice Fury stepping in with the jab with his weight behind it this time around. It looked like it surprised Wilder and gave him a lot of trouble. The extra weight Fury put on looked like it helped him bully Wilder around and take punches a bit better. He really showed he’s the top guy with his performance.

Hindsight is everything, but I do think this era of heavyweights is pretty good. There’s Fury, Wilder, & Joshua at the top. Parker is pretty good too. Usyk is skilled, but he may be a bit undersized. All these guys have personalities and are exciting to watch. Things are exciting in the division again. I think we can all agree the Klitschko brothers era was pretty lackluster.

Anyone see the Lomachenko-Lopez fight last night? Looked like an entirely different Loma in there, like he's actually been retired for a year and a half, not training for the big fight. Lopez looked bigger, stronger and even more skillful. I think he will move up eventually, but I don't know what else there is to do for Loma. He's already an acknowledged great. So if I was him, I'd really retire, invest my money sensibly and do something else before I actually got a worse beating and took some serious brain damage.

Loma got exposed big time! I remember when he was something like 11-0..they were calling him an all time great. Such BS.

The only real "names" he beat were Russel and Rigondeaux. I am glad he got his a$$ handed to him and all this P4P talk can stop. They never offered Lopez a rematch clause in the contract....and now he isn't offering Loma one! Good.

He's like a lot of boxers who stayed for a long time in the amateurs: technically excellent and fast, but not, when really tested by a more powerful opponent, a real fighter.

He was never 11-0. His 2nd or 3rd fight they put him up against a Mexican fighter who took him to school. Not really beat him up, but used hit and clinch, hitting behind the head, low blows...you know, the kind of stuff that Bernard Hopkins was good at.

I'm not sticking the knife in Loma. He's a good fighter but maybe going up in weight hurt him. He was dropped by Linares and he had some trouble with Campbell. Lopez looked really big esp. in the back.

Delahoya was kinda like that. A great lightweight, but as soon as he fought as welterweight against top guys, had trouble.

Losing to Lopez is no great shame - Lopez is quite clearly one of if not the best lightweights in the division so I don't think losing to him suddenly makes Lomachenko some kind of fraud.

Lomachenko is clearly fighting 2 weight classes above his natural weight. Yes I do think he is p4p and a great fighter - look at what he's achieved in his career.

Jumping in on a guy because he's had a loss against a young hungry excellent fighter is ridiculous.

Yeah...I meant to type when he had won his 11th fight...not 11-0.

I will take Canelo as the PFP king over Loma...by FAR...and I'm not even a Canelo fan.

And I am sorry....if you are PFP, you are SUPPOSED to beat those young hungry fighters...not give up the first half of the fight/throw no punches and then try to will yourself a win over the last 5.

I never said he was number 1 p4p, I meant that he's in the top 10.

Would probably take Canelo, Usyk and Crawford over him

Word is that Lopez said that he will fight Haney next.
