There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Let's be real here, Martinez would get beat by ward for peanuts

i'd like to see him fight alvarez or cotto at 154. He's earned himself a big payday

cotto vs alavarez would be a really good fight too. alvarez has real talent, but right now, I think cotto would beat alvarez in a tough fight.

I think Cotto vs Alvarez is what will happen next year during Cinco de Mayo.

Kind of leaves Sergio out in the rain

they're moving alvarez at a slow pace. seeing what happened to vargas when he was thrown in with tito, i don't really blame them.

regardless, cotto vs. alvarez would be a war. alvarez has fast, heavy hands and throws good combinations. cotto has a solid jab, good footwork, and can cut the ring off well.

i'm curious to see how alvarez's chin stands up to a legitimate puncher

good question. Knowing how good or bad his chin is, is a big deal for someone with his style

Nonito may become something special if he sticks to that more cerebral approach like tonight. It's in his nature to be a counterpuncher

After Manny and Floyd retire, it will be a dark dark age for boxing. I just don't see anyone who will take the torch once those 2 retire.

I a really good fight! Rios showed me something as I thought he was losing that fight last night and did what he said(KO.) He is strong enough after moving up in weight!

i actually could go to the barclays center in brooklyn next weekend for the eric morales vs garcia fight(and paulie m is on the undercard.) however, i am heading upstate(NY) for something else. Would have liked to check out the arena.....but it is literally 5 min away from my casa and will check it out at a later date. i am going to the cotto v trout fight at MSG in dec so hoping that will be a battle. cotto's fans always represent at MSG!!

Trout is a pretty damn good fighter. We'll see soon if Saul Alvarez was serious fighting the best or if that was just code for I want big payday fights without earning them traditional way

Agree. He was doing his PBF imitation in the beginning by shooting his jab and ducking under Cotto's return right hand. Jab was strong. He didn't back down and also banged inside with Cotto.
