Two questions on Polo: Pants & Flagship Store

Hello all - a few questions about Polo. I have more experience with Black Label fits but I've found a few nice looking Polo pants on the website that can be had for cheap. So, two questions:

1) In general, how do Polo slim-fit pants fit compared to Black Label? The pants in question are the Smith-Brushed Chino Pants. The picture looks quite slim, but I don't know if I can trust it. The link is here: http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/i...entPage=family

I am guessing they fit like Black Label, but more true to size (BL 32 is really more a 31) and maybe a bit more room in the seat and crotch. Any help is appreciated.

2) I am considering trying these on in the Flagship Store on Madison, but I don't want to make the trek if their stock is low. Instead of calling the store and asking about 5 different items in my size, I just wanted to see if anyone who's been there recently noticed stock was depleted or if they still had a full selection to try on. Just in general - not for specific items.

Thanks.

No specific knowledge of the Mansion, but stock at most B& M stores is low, and should remain so, due to the ailing economy.
