Two different styles with the same factory code?

For curiosity, I was looking through the tags of my IZOD polo shirts, and coincidentally, most of my IZOD Advantage Polos and the Spring 2018 colors of the Windward Interlock Polos have the same factory code of "M98". Both are made in India.

Does anyone pay attention to factory codes? It is quite interesting that these two very different styles would be made in the same factory; one is a hybrid pique/performance polo while the other is a more formal looking interlock polo. The Advantage Polos have mostly been made there since they were first introduced in 2016, while the Windward Interlock Polos have changed hands (being made in Indonesia in Spring 2016, followed by Vietnam in Spring 2016, and then India in Spring 2018 apparently the same factory as the Advantage Polos).
