I had a custom brooks brothers tie bar with my initials engraved on it given to me a month ago by a close friend of mine. I wore it today, and came home and realized I didn't have my tie bar on my tie anymore!

How the hell does that happen? I never had a tie bar fall off before :brick: I could replace it, but it's not the same since it was a gift.

Wondering if this has happened to anyone on SF

I also lost a very nice scarf on an airplane and got into a taxi cab accident between LGA and my hotel.
