The Wire, Star Trek TNG (good calls)
Also, Oz had a really strong ending....too bad it came 3 years too late lol
yup. hated it. but perfect ending.
I remember watching that. I thought it was a great ending as well.
I actually like the end of Friends........
It was kind of emotional, but uplifting at the same time.
Skins (first generation).
How anyone could have enjoyed The Soprano's ending is beyond me.
little house on the prairie
TV was so different then. "Goodbye, Farewell and Amen" was bigger than the Superbowl.
And Newhart was very well done if you knew The Bob Newhart Show.

best ending ever
The ending gave us a glimpse into what it was like to be Tony. The scene in the diner, where he's constantly sizing up everyone and trying to figure out who might be a fed (or who might be there to kill him), was brilliant.
Plus, I thought it was clever how they didn't explicitly tell you what his ultimate fate was, letting the viewer put the pieces together on their own instead of making it obvious.
Like I said, when I first watched it I wasn't particularly impressed, but, looking back, I definitely think it was a "strong, satisfactory conclusion."
the wonder years' finale was satisfactory.
Keen Eddie ended well. But the series was WAY too short.
