Okay I'm not the one renting the tuxedo. I am the groom and am planning on buying one. It would be ridiculous however, to ask my groomsmen to buy tuxedos as none of them are the type that would ever wear it again. So my question is how do I go about trying to find a rental for them that is of passing quality? Although I haven bought yet, I'm looking for a single button, peak lapel, semi slim fit tuxedo. No frills, if it was good enough for 007 then it's good enough for me. And I'm also thinking about grosgrain lapels. I am just afraid that their tuxedos won't loom anything like mine. There are several tuxedo rental places around town but they all seem to specialize in the horrible prom tuxes. Any help would be appreciated

I just got married in August and sent my groomsmen to Formally Modern Tuxedo to rent a tux in the traditional style if they did not own one already. They had a Joseph Abboud single button, grosgrain peak lapel available, much better than any prom stuff. For my own tux, I went bespoke.

Don't worry about the groomsmen looking like you. It's better if everyone looks a little different, as if they all had their own.
