Hey everyone... I've lurked on here for a while, and have learned a lot, but I am now stuck with a dilemma I can't seem to figure out on my own.
I have a friends wedding in Istanbul this summer at the end of July. It's going to be an evening wedding, and as a member of the bridal party, I am required to wear a tuxedo. The groom has offered to purchase the groomsmen tuxedos, but with a max budget of $250. I am not in favor of this plan (He wants to shop at Macy's!), and I want to purchase something for myself.
So here are my issues:
1. I can't stand the humongous arm holes on suits in general. I would like to find something with more fitted high arm holes. If I have to raise my glass for a toast, I don't want the whole damn dinner jacket lifting off me.
2. Peak lapel.
3. I'm typically a 44S in almost everything (a few odd European brands may be different). I prefer the shorter jacket because my torso is short, and a jacket the ends mid thigh makes me look even shorter than I am (5'7").
4. Is there such thing as a lighter weight wool for a tuxedo?
5. Anyway to spend less than $700 for all this? I have to buy a plane ticket to Istanbul after all...

It seems to be ok, but I don't have any experience with this brand. Any thoughts?
Oh, and I'm in NYC, so while I know there are a plenty of options in my area, I don't know what they are.
