tux trouser question

A friend asked for help with his bespoke wedding tux, the first meeting with the tailor will be tomorrow. I've suggested all the classic details, but was unsure if the trousers should be the high waisted fish tail for braces?
I did try the search function, also an email to my tailor, but with the time difference, do not expect his answer today.

Any suggstions ?

Yes.

The fish mouth back is optional but I would ask for it. In any case the waist should be higher in back than in front and there should be brace buttons.
