Tux Lapels for Groomsmen Tuxes with Four-In-Hand?

For my upcoming wedding, I'll be wearing a classic one button peak lapel tux with a bow tie. I want my look to stand out from the groomsmen, without making them look too rentally/prommy. To accomplish this, I'm thinking I'll have them wear black four-in-hand ties.

Would it be better to have them wear the four-in-hands with peak lapels like me, or should I have them wear notch lapel tuxes to be consistent with the non-traditionalness of their ties?

I'm leaning towards having them wear a four-in-hand tie with a peak lapel tux. I know that's not a totally classic look, but will it look weird?

You should all wear bow ties, IMHO.

To differentiate yourself from the groomsmen, you could wear
a different color boutonniere.

I don't think the groomsmen should wear four in hand ties. Why don't you wear a white pique vest to stand out.

Wear a name tag. If guests don't connect your name with "groom," your invite list was too long.

+1

Best way not to look like prom is to make sure everyone is tying his own bow, and not wearing a rental tux. The former is quite feasible, the latter may not be.
I like the white pique vest idea, may use that in my wedding (november)!
