I recently came across this shirt and can't find another Turnbull and Asser shirt with a similar label anywhere. Does anyone know what's the deal with this shirt, and maybe why the label is like this?

Bespoke or made to measure. I've got a dozen or so T&A mtm shirts I plan (procrastinate, procrastinate) to put up on B&S as soon as I get them ironed, learn how to take photos, and learn how to post in B&S>

In 1980 Turnbull and Asser revived the warrant of The Prince of Wales, their 'Of the peg' shirts displayed this when the factory had used up all the stock of older labels. The 'bespoke' shirts also later acquired the warrant when the stock of old labels also ran out That label is for a 'made to measure' shirt that T & A call 'Bespoke' with a choice of a limited range of collar, cuff, ans pocket styles that a customer may choose among. The Number indicates the customer's original order. T & A may know when that order was placed by the number.
