So I recieved a email today from the T&A website telling of a sale starting on the 2nd of June. For the members in New York I wanted to know if the sale increases over time or is it just a flat deal. I called the Beverly Hills store, as they are closer to me, and found that shirts are selling for around $120 or so which is a better deal then I can get for most any kind of shirt here in Calgary(ie: Zenga@200+ on sale, Isaia@200+on sale and its goes on).

I don't want to seem cheap but everyone on the board likes a good deal and I can remember the T&A NY renovation sale a few years back where there seemed to be some really good deals.

Last year the sale had a very good selection of shirts, all priced at ~$100 (including Sea Island quality). While not on par with Isaia, I think T&A is a very good value at $100.

Not to hijack the thread, but how do TA shirts fit? Are they slim? How do they compare in fit to RLPL?

Thanks for the tip, I'm in the market for some new shirts and have been debating between trying the T&A or the H&H. If I can get the T&A for ~$100 I think I might go that route.

If it's the same as in years past, they'll have a bunch of shirts in the low $100s. Many if not most of them are pretty unusual patterns. The selection will include button cuff, french cuff, sea island cotton, button down collars, and their normal spread collars. If the shirts fit you, then you'll be able to find one or two nice ones. They usually have some very nice cashmere sweaters on sale for $200. They'll have a few pairs of socks and a couple dressing gowns for sale. The best deal is on ties. When I was there a couple years ago, they had marked them down to $30 originally, and then later to $25, I believe. Mostly old patterns, but they had a huge selection. I think edmorel bought a bunch of trousers and jackets at last year's sale. It's worth a visit, but try to go early in the sale.
