Hi all,
I'm selling a Special Edition Sloane Briefcase from the Tumi Townhouse Collection.
Background
For those of you unfamiliar with the collection, there was a time (up till the mid 2000s) when Tumi had gotten pretty stale with their designs and products. They hired David Chu (founder of Nautica) and during his time there, he really revitalized the brand and set it in the design/creative direction it still carries today.
For Spring 2009, they made a limited edition collection out of this fantastic Khaki Flax Covert Cloth (I'd describe it as a really robust Khaki Twill with really great water/elements resistance).
The Leather Elements of the Townhouse Collection are a really thick and robust slightly waxy leather (reminiscent of Horween Chromexcel, but with bridle leather characteristics and less variations in coloring). The Leather is a nice rich dark brown.
This Sloane Briefcase has the following details:

- Slone is a deluxe, satchel-style briefcase with a large leather flap over two front pockets. It can accommodate a 17" laptop.
- Dimensions: 12" x 16.75" x 6" (HxWxD)
- Tons of leather details and accents (all the leather is very thick and durable, not flimsy/thin or anything like that-Really thoughtful stuff like leather that wraps around the zipper for the pockets etc.

Condition:
- Externally: Some discoloration and wear from the leather handle wrap. A bit of the Leather Edging is starting to come off (but can be fixed with glue). Some light wear and tear on the leather bottom. Leather Flaps and details (zipper pulls, accents etc.) are in excellent condition. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS for more details.
- Internally: Amazing condition, little to no stains, very clean, very like-new.
- Comes with original shoulder strap (has some wear, but still padded and comfy)--It's their articulated shoulder strap BTW
