Trying to figure out what cut/brand of dress shirt I need

I need some OCBDs for work and I went and tried on a size 15 and 15.5 BB ESF shirt. Here's what I noticed: Size 15: Neck is about right Chest is tight - Can feel it pulling at my armpits Waist needs to be slimmed down a bit Sleeve width too big Size 15.5: Neck is a little big but it doesn't matter since these are OCBDs Chest seems like it could be slimmed down a bit Waist definitely needs to be slimmed down Sleeve width too big I think it would help if I understand why neither of these two shirts fit me. Is it because I have a big chest for my neck size, and/or a small waist for my chest size, and small arms in relation to everything else? Are there other RTW shirt brands (similar price range) that would fit me better? I DO plan on getting MTM but I need some shirts in the meantime. Thanks for the help.
